Fearless is my word for 2025 and I’m glad I’ve started working on it early.
If you haven’t heard, I published my second book this year, Fearless Writing: The Purposeful Fight Against Self-doubt and Perfectionism.
This is the second book in the Purposeful Writer series. Like the first book, Purposeful Pen, Fearless Writing is based on a writing challenge. This one I held last month. Here is what two of the participants said about the challenge:
I thank them so much for their support.
I will continue writing fearlessly in the new year. My goal is to host two more writing challenges that will be the inspiration for the last two books in the series.
The second half of the year, I will start focusing more on my fiction.
I will still create content for all of you good people here at Purposeful Words because I want us all to win.
But what better way to show you guys how to face your fears and pursue your purpose than to show you how I fulfill my own dreams?
This newsletter will be turning into an atomic newsletter, but I will post an additional long form newsletter twice per month for paid subscribers. But don't worry, my free subscribers will get sneak peeks.
Things will be ramping up at Susie Winfield’s Mysteries so get ready for Sassy Johnson's adventures if you haven’t yet had a chance to check the serialized chapters out.
I am so glad to finally be living the writing life I've always wanted. Thank you so much for being along for the ride.
If there is anything I can do to support you on your writing journey, my inbox is always open.
If you decide to purchase Fearless Writing, I would be grateful if you leave an honest review.
Resources
After years of looking at online advertisements and becoming increasingly curious, I finally subscribed to Masterclass. Of course, I’m interested in hearing what writers like Walter Mosley and James Patterson have to say, but I have a whole year to discover classes from other people that I may find interesting.
I’m sorry you missed the 50% off Christmas sale but the regular price isn’t bad for an entire year of knowledge from people who know what they are talking about.
Until Next Time
Have a good day, good person. And happy writing!
